As pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Harrison, I want to welcome you to our website. Our hope is that it will give you a good idea of who we are, and what we have going on.
We seek to experience the power of God at work in our lives – in our worship, our fellowship, our walk of faith, and in our witness of the Good News of Jesus Christ. As His people, we seek to honor Him by celebrating word and sacrament together, in a way that deepens, transforms, and renews our faith and prepares us to proclaim the Gospel to the wider community. Our fellowship is the oldest in Harrison, but we still seek to remain a vibrant part of today’s community. We are proud of our Reformed heritage which continues to connect us with two thousand years of Christian tradition and speaks of the enduring legacy of Jesus Christ to our present age. We welcome all of you to worship with us this next Sunday. We’re excited that God may be calling you to become part of our church family, and we look forward to meeting you. Blessings, Rev.
