Meeting Place and Times: 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the church library.
Purpose or Action Statement: The session is a board of 9 active elders responsible for the leadership and government of the church. It consists of the pastor, who is the moderator of the meetings and 9 elders in active service and 1 Deacon representative.

Stewardship

Meetings: Place and Times: As needed
Purpose or Action Statement: A Christian steward is one who receives God’s gifts gratefully, and tends to them in a responsible and accountable manner, shares them and returns them with increase to the Lord.
Annual Activities or Events: Stewardship campaign preparation of yearly budget with sessions help. Participate in the yearly Ministry Fair
The Roundtable

Meeting Place and Times: The 1st Wednesday of January, April, July, October in Faith Hall. A light dinner is served at 6:30pm with the meeting beginning at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm
Purpose or Action Statement: This group assists committees and teams to stay on the same page in terms of vision, calendar events and areas of need. They facilitate meetings to help improve and strengthen communication among the church committees.
Annual Activities or Events: Ministry Fair and quarterly dinners/meetings.
Personnel and Administration

Purpose or Action Statement: Over seeing the personnel, office equipment and supply for the church office. Help in maintaining effective communications between staff and congregation members. Conduct and submit yearly staff reviews, followed by wage recommendations to session by year end.
